Ssj3 being mastered would be useful sorta like kaioken but I don't think it would every truly be something you would consider healthy in terms of maintaing the energy upswing. Well I don't think that mastering SSJ 3 will be unhealthy because remember Goku was able to use more than Kaioken 3x later on in the series, and he was quite comfortable using Kaioken 10x.

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	The whole point of SSJ3 is maximum chi output though, least from what I've heard...someone correct me if I'm wrong. Mastering it would be no easy task, assuming it was even possible.

He wouldn't lose energy as fast, and would be able to sustain the form for longer periods of time. It would make the form much more useful.

Questions, opinions, theories, agreements, and disagreements are most certainly welcome!! He'd be efficient in power consumption and overall control over his own skill set would be perfect. I agrue though it's impossible for a SSJ3 to be mastered. In that the stamina depletion would always be higher than what is needed to be in a calm or neutral state. Remember that the other forms of Super Saiyan had far more to do with emotion than excessive stamina depletion and bursting potential.
