San Francisco 49ers; OH YEAH BOY 12-13 Season

With arguably the best defense in the league, the 49ers come back in the 12-13 season loaded with powerful offense to match their dominant defense. Look for Alex smith to become more than just a game manager, especially with such prolific targets like Mario Manningham and Randy Mofo Moss.

49ers go to the super bowl this year.

I don't want to figure it out honestly because when it comes to your 49ers, you won't agree to anything. I like rushing teams, but it annoys me when you guys fail to use passing weapons properly. It will be the reason why you guys will lose in the playoffs although I would want you guys to win in the playoffs.

Enjoy your number 1 rushing team and number 1 defensive team.

We're not a passing team, I've told you this a hundred times. News Flash, there are teams that won WITHOUT passing. Ever heard of Barry Sanders? Running is the best thing you cna do when your defense is going to stonewall other offesnes. You eat up the play clock so they have less time to make plays.

Stop trying to compare the 49ers to the patriots, packers, saints, or any other team that utilizes the QB as the main weapon. QB is not our main weapon, nor is the pass

It doesn't mean you CAN'T be good as a passing team. The game has evolved sorry to say. The Patriots haven't had a run game in years and are contenders every single season. Like I said 49ers can win the Superbowl, but I feel they won't. If they lose, it is their fault.

The patriots haven't had explosive running games like the 49ers, but they have tough guys like Ridley and Danny Woodhead that get 3ish yards per carry. It adds up in the end. I hate to bring up the Ravens in this discussion as you guys could accuse me of bias, but I feel that at this point the Ravens game is more rushing and playing the game through Ray Rice, yet we've found a way to get Joe Flacco the ball in his hands delivering it to Torrey Smith, Anquan Boldin, Jacoby Jones, or Dennis Pitta ONLY when necessary. If we don't need a big gain, we will have short passes and slants. The Ravens have a perfect blend of running and passing IMO and the Alex Smith/Kaepernick could take a few pointers from the Ravens on how to get the receivers the ball when you're QB ain't the greatest.

The patriots are a one dimensional team. Just like the saints, look at the saints.

I so hope they get thumped by G men. One of the most hyped teams ever....it's nauseating.

P.S Kapernick > A. Smith?

If Kaepernick can legitimately keep the pace, yeah. He definitely is better than Smith.. however, if he hits a skid I think it's growing pains considering he hasn't started more than 2 games lol

Also, the G-men played amazing defense, Akers is all over the place this year, and Eli manning played one of his best performances.. Sometimes, you get outplayed. lol

I hope that the 49ers make it all the way and by some miracle, the Ravens get by the Texans into the superbowl. That way we can get the Haurbaugh super bowl we should have had last year before people dropped kick returns and ***** missed goddamn easy field goals....

The Saints won the Superbowl a couple of years ago and so did the Packers. I'm sorry to say, but a lot of teams are on dimensional now and days especially the ones that go all the way.

The 49ers have the team to be in the Superbowl. I think they should be in it unless the Giants are in the playoffs again. Either way, the 49ers if they lose, only have themselves to blame.

Lol you guys are still blaming your loss for that? There are game changers in every game. I could blame Jerry Rice for owning us a couple of years when Kerry Collins/Giants had a huge lead on them in the play offs. I didn't though.

lol I'm not blaming Tom Brady for throwing 3 TD's on us man. We had a former pro bowl kicker, kicking a 37 yarder with no wind, and he misses. Our own team lost us the game, not the brilliantness of Tom Brady. The niners had the game and then they fumbled a kick off team. I don't blame Eli Manning for being clutch and beating the Niners. The Niners own player *****ed em up.

Could of been worse, considering the rams seem to have the most resilient team against us. Scary, but then again divisional games in the NFC West are proving to be tough. The Rams must have our number haha.. I was overall impressed by Kaepernick, and no a loss with an 8-3 record is not a big deal >:) I dont mind dropping a game to get Kaepernick on the right-course
