I think the not hiding the guns thing makes sense, there were only like what, 8 or something people that came back? 6 if you don't include Maggie and Sasha since they buggered off. The rest of them don't have a clue, they had no idea what they're up against and how little chance they have of winning in a fight. Not to mention them showing up early. Organising a bunch of people who don't really know what's going on would be a hassle, especially when the one doing the organising is the one most broken by Negan. Rick isn't motivated to fight back...yet. Though realistically speaking of course it would have been their best chance, just blow them up right at the gates and go nuts. Could potentially have worked, not like all of Negans goons would have been there.

Thinking back, Rick shouldn't have killed the guy who stabbed him, and they should've let Gregory die instead (of course at that time they had no idea). Favourite Manga dat boi	I thought this episode sucked. TWD is so hit-or-miss, and the writing has always been shoddy. Negan and Rick are the only reasons I watch the show anymore.

Yes he's still a kid but my God I've never seen a teenager that dumb, you'd think he'd realize how things work after living in that world for what 2-3 years now? I don't get what he hopes to achieve, even if by some miracle he kills Negan, unless everyone there has some kind of "We're finally free!" moment then Alexandria would be dead. He better not get Jesus killed, dude's awesome. He probably will though, like hell are both of them getting in and out undetected.

I feel like we need to see how many guys Negan has got, it really doesn't seem like there's that many. Yeah, there is a lot and they are well equipped but...just molotov them as they stand at the gates, which they seem to do so casually. A bit of guerilla warfare would do it if Hilltop, Kingdom and Alexandria all pitched in. No way does Negan's lot outnumber all of them. Especially not if they could take out a group of thirty or so with some solid tactics. Surely Eugene could craft some mines as well.

If Negan walked in the room I could understand Carl pulling a gun on him but he, who's like 16 or so, reckons he can successfully get in Negan's compound and assassinate him without consequence and possibly kill everyone else there. I have a hard time believing anyone of that age, who's experienced that world could be that naive. If this was season 1 or 2 Carl who'd never killed anyone it'd make some sense that he has no idea. His tunnel vision is just insane.

The guy who killed Glenn and Abraham is, to quote the guy himself, ''shoving his **** down Rick's throat'' and Rick's doing absolutely nothing about it. Carl's rebellious by nature, especially with how old he is, so he feels that he has to do something, even though he knows it's just to try and fulfil his desire for revenge and is well-aware that he doesn't even have a gun.
