I'm so happy that annoying kid is gone but I am highly disappointed that his hot mom Jessie was also killed (R.I.P.). I loved the explosive opening to the episode and it had me on edge the whole time. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

PS: Glen is the luckiest dude the show has ever seen

I just wasn't feeling it this episode and I thought the acting was pretty average. Glenn's plot armour is beyond ridiculous. All that being said, it was ballsy to kill that family like that. Kind of a waste of development for them though for as many episodes as they had. I didn't think Daryll could be any more awesome. Then he blows up a biker gang with an rpg.

Glenn's plot armour is fine. It's basically a huge piece of bait for comic fans. Plus, Glenn's a really interesting character who needs to be there at the moment. Morgan's too good and everyone else is edging towards being bad, so Glenn being the rational good guy (like Dale and Hershel before him) is nice.

Holy crap though, this episode was phenomenal. Definitely in my top 5, possibly even 2nd or 3rd favourite episode ever. I'll post my in-depth thoughts later on.

I think we could have lost Sasha or Abraham. Abraham is awesome don't get me wrong but he's just kind of...there. They're pretty much only important to each other.

As for this Episode, I actually find it to be sort of a running gag that Glenn is still alive, but I would've cracked up had it started raining out of no where on everyone with the Zombie guts. I personally believe Daryll will be the one who dies in the Season Finale. Besides, it's been rumored(I think confirmed? not 100% sure) that Norman Reedus is leaving the show. If this was any other show, then I would say he's just going to ride off in the sunset and make it on his own, but with this being The Walking Dead, he'll end dying in some epic dramatic way.

It was somewhat legit last time since he may have had to leave to go work on Silent Hills but that got cancelled so his schedule should be free...unless someone's actually going to give him more money than TWD does which is doubtful considering he's a fan favourite possibly still the favourite.
I really hope they just kill Glenn so far as I remember Daryl hasn't had nearly as many scares.

Although I really can't be bothered with Maggie moping about forever she'd probably just kill herself I guess, not sure her character would come back from that.

Wut, Darryl isn't in the comics? Didn't realize that. Guess it makes sense since he doesn't really nudge the plot in either direction apart from Rick calling him his brother.

Credit to Andrew Lincoln on the scene where the family died. Very difficult part to fill.

Glenn is basically becoming the Jon Snow of this series

Yeah, watch Glenn get bit and turn in to a zombie this season but get trained out of it and be a normal if slightly decayed Glenn again...

That truck going in the water was f***ing hilarious, really? That's some Wile E. Coyote s*** right there.

The hell is this Jesus dude all about?

He gets out those knots and on top of the truck without them realizing like a f***ing ninja, he fights with considerable skill and then he gets out and in Rick's house without anybody noticing?
They're so screwed if he's a bad guy.

I hope he sticks around...maybe he could replace Daryl if Daryl dies soon, the conflict between their characters could allude to that I guess.

Though something terrible is going to happen next episode, you can't have something nice like that and then not rip it all away.


The Diana thing I thought was kinda stupid, they seemed to just ignore logic for the sake of character development.
I mean come on really? She didn't get eaten? Why the hell not? Last I checked zombies don't just infect you and move on they devour you. Not a scratch on her face.
Would have been better if the guy had found her corpse and left it somewhere, unable to end her "life" as zombie quite yet.
