Why would they be asking for help? I doubt anything would just suddenly go wrong in Alexandria without us knowing, not after what just already happened.

Haven't seen the last couple of episodes but they still haven't resolved the Glenn thing?! My God. Though that does make me think

Time jumps aren't uncommon. Something could've happened overnight and we'll find out about it next episode. Just like with Episode 1 and 2; we hear the horn in Episode 1 but we only find out what happened back at Alexandria in Episode 2. Besides, if Glenn did survive, it'd be a big deal; Daryl, Abraham and Sasha rolling up to pick him up wouldn't be suspenseful or gratifying. I'm betting that he either gets back to Alexandria at the end of the mid-season finale, after everything's gone down, or he'll be saved by a new character.

Wasn't happy with the explanation for his survival. The walkers had their usual offensive aggression neutralized by plot. But apart from that interested to see if it was a natural collapse or due to the villain.

Yeah I liked how they handled the episode but how Glenn actually survived was stupid.

We've had Walkers mindlessly bash on fences and s*** for weeks but they give up on Glenn over...a can?
How the hell would they even hear it when they're doing all their zombie noises? That was just dumb.

I also refuse to believe none of them wouldn't have bent down and taken a bite out of Glenn's leg, only his chest was covered...so they just ignored his body even though there were hundreds?
Would have been better if the flare gun went off and smashed a window or something and that distracted them.


Anyway aside from that good episode minus that utter twonk trying to Rambo his way through zombies...just no dude.
I hope this isn't it for Alexandria, it would suck if they just left that's literally every safe haven spoiled, it's way too soon.

That watch tower falling down is a blessing in disguise. Now they should have a decent bottleneck to kill each zombie one by one. Of course that won't happen because we need to have an exciting plot with everyone panicking.

I thought how Glenn survived was... well, exactly how I predicted it, lol. At first when I saw him 'die' I was devastated, but, of course, I re-watched it, saw Nick fall on him, and yeah, I knew he'd climb under the dumpster. I didn't know HOW the dumpster would save him but I figured it would somehow and it did.

Yeah that was just the silliest moment in the series for me, no way would he have got out of that. Glenn has the ultimate plot armour.
Remember when he set a car on fire at the prison and for some reason the zombies turned around, more interested in fire than the fleshy living person in front of them?


Far too many silly falling over scenes in this show how are people that clumsy...lame way to create drama or cause a death imo just feels cheap.


Anyway latest episode was great, f***ing new Ron would do stupid s*** but he seems over it. That was just bad, his dad died yeah but what...did he not know his dad abused his mother and brother? Or did he think that was fine?
Who would be that unreasonable?

Eh anyway no problems other than that, just it's a bit weir that W man didn't attack the doctor chick he could easily have strangled her or something but he might have waited on purpose.

I loved the end scene where the kid is saying "Mom?"
I really hope they make the dark decision of just letting him go. He's not fit for their world and it's only going to get harder for him now, he's not nearly as messed up as the girl Carol killed(I'm not good with names sometimes, shut up) that would be really...not sure how to describe it but it would be pretty new.

Carol is beast as usual, she's like late forties possibly early fifties and she took that slam on the ground like a champ, no broken ribs or nothing. I wonder if her thirst for blood will ever be dealt with?

Carl actually got shot in the eye too never expected that to happen.

I haven't read the comic (other than the first 4 volumes), but I know what's supposed to happen to Glenn, so his plot armour may very soon run out if things stay true to the comic. What I'm more scared of though is if they'll use Daryll instead. Daryll isn't in the comics so the writers can do whatever they want with him, and now Negan has a reason to go after him specifically since he blew up all his men

I was surprised the whole family died. I was expecting the woman and Rick to develop more. I'm kinda annoyed at the fact they managed to go into a huge crowd of zombies with melee weapons with no causalities though. Makes the zombies feel like less of a threat, I like it when they have to use brains to overcome them. Still a strong mid-series opener

Yeah that'd be a bunch of bulls*** if they killed Daryl instead, it'd certainly be a shock but Glenn's plot armour needs to be broken, how many scares is that now? From what I remember, the well, when he was held hostage and beaten, when Merle(I think) set a zombie on him, when he was trapped after the prison fight, the dumpster thing and now this as well as two others I can't remember the details for, when we seen him get grabbed from behind in a preview.

It's just a tiny bit nonsensical. Probably missed a couple too.

I liked their final stand just it could have been shot better like showing tactics they use instead of just slashing, should have had people taking a 5 second break and swapping in to show just how they managed.

I get that there needed to be losses but that whole family felt a bit much, lazy even. There'd have been a ton of development with how the mother deals with it and how Rick helps her, I feel she should have survived, she was tough.
Her baby was being eaten alive and she's no Carol but I feel like her character would have let go and survived or possibly went Rambo and started the whole final stand.
