He had to make sure Morgan was out of the way and didn't have time to dodge the bite. Not the best bite in the series, but perfectly believable.

This was possibly my favourite episode of the series so far. Really explored Morgan's character in-depth and showed us the changes rather than just telling us.

Definitely my favourite episode but yeah that bite was stupid he could have just went past Morgan and done the lunge thing to smash it's head.

Moments like that just feel way too artificial and ruin stuff, it's annoying. It was obvious he was going to die anyway so not to bad.

Would have been cool if he didn't, would be nice to know there's some cool guy out there that hasn't lost it yet.


Interesting to see the development of Morgan but this whole pacifist thing is way too naive, what if those guys he let go killed Judith?
Certainly good for fixing people but in that crazy world some people are way too far gone.

Why can't we get at least one person who has a dog, that doesn't get killed.
A dog or animals in general would bring some nice innocence to the series I think, at this point it's the more slow and emotional moments that stand out among the constant "we're all going to die" seriousness.

The whole point of Morgan is that he's insane. That philosophy will never work out, but he honestly believes that it can. He's gone from 'kill everything' to 'save everything'; the opposite end of the spectrum; just as insane. While other characters in the show have more realistic philosophies, his arises from his own experiences. Eastman managed to save him; if Morgan, who's despicable and utterly evil in his own mind, can be saved, anyone can. He was just as bad as the Wolf he let live, so even when he's being a little more cautious than Eastman, he has a good reason (to him, at least) to think that anyone could be saved. It's honestly a really interesting perspective and it does a good job of giving us a glimpse at the completely opposite end of the spectrum when compared with Rick.

What a cheap scare and the sad part is one of them could actually have been bitten there and that would have been a disgustingly silly death, anyone remember when Maggie took on a bus full of walkers pretty much by herself with only a knife?

Struggles with a decomposed one and wasn't expecting it or in any way capable of dealing with it as if she was new to this whole thing...


I like her decision though, that was great. Did not expect her to take a step back and say no I'll get people killed, it's nice to see people looking at the reality of these horrible situations.

That guy getting bit was so artificial, is he deaf or blind or both? How does someone alive so long in the world, clearly an active fighter get caught like that?

It was obviously just to showcase that this group is perhaps as experienced as the main group, given how clearly they'd dealt with amputation before...but at the same time if it's full of idiots like that they have no 'cause for fear.

Literally no reason to care about Justin Bieber in this episode, could have been interesting having a struggle for insulin but she dies awful quick so that was ultimately pointless.



I liked parts of this episode but it just felt like 90% filler.

Also that sounded like Glenn on the radio if he's not badly injured or something at least this will be utter BS.

We had a ton of character moments and a lot of symbolism, which is always a good thing. I'd much rather they show this than Daryl, Abraham and Sasha pulling up to Alexandria without hearing anything from them since Episode 2.

We also got to see potential future villains. Or maybe we'll never see them again; that's the fun part.

Probably one of the best episodes in the season, imo.

Some of it was necessary but we didn't really need the Justin Bieber sob story and her death that was a huge waste of time, absolutely nothing would have been different if the 3 of them stole the bike and left that would have saved like 5 minutes.

Probably would have been better if they didn't still the bike and actually had that van stashed there so they could head back with Daryl and then we'd have those bad guys wanting the insulin back(if that is what they were really after)
