Have you noticed that the zombies have been getting more skeletal as each series comes out?
You think by the final season they will be practically bones?
Yeah I read something about this a while ago too. They've been showing the zombies decaying as the show goes on like bodies would actually be decaying in that time frame. |

I guess that's how the series will end, all the zombies will die...although the virus should still exist so if a population gets back the way it was in say a city and some hobo dies on the street, there could be another outbreak.
Interesting future.
Anyway I hope something like that does happen was wanting to see how winter affected them but there was a time skip, surely the zombies have next to no body heat and froze? Guessing it was temporary but...they must have, some of them anyway, their organs should have turned to mush as would their muscles.

Takes too much brain power and strength. I reckon if you threw a zombie on the floor then it wouldn't be able to get back up due to the amount of thought involved.

Takes too much brain power and strength. I reckon if you threw a zombie on the floor then it wouldn't be able to get back up due to the amount of thought involved.
Well given how much of their brain is active their primal instincts might get them through that, we've seen that they can't walk down stairs or any kind of ledge without splatting on the floor anyway.
But surely their brains would be decayed too?
This leads me to believe that the cause of the virus isn't science but something supernatural.
I just hope it doesn't end with some kind of green peace message about how mother nature killed almost everyone because there were too many humans killing the planet, it'd be good if we get some kind of inkling as to what the virus is in the end but not a lame explanation like that.
What I said before could make for an interesting season though, but it would kind of be copying 28 weeks later.

I think I read the same article about the way the Walkers have been decaying as the series has progressed, really good attention to detail. As for the new season:
Spoiler: click to toggle I've just gotten caught up and it's been ok, a little lacklustre. I was disappointed at how quickly Terminus was dealt with, thought they'd have that last a bit longer (although that being said, they seem to kill off their prisoners pretty quickly, so I guess they couldn't have kept the crew there too long). I thought the introduction of cannibals was a great one, it's something that would definitely happen (although I'd imagine people would see it as a last resort, and not be as enthusiastic about it as these guys were) and it poses questions to the group about what they'll have to do if this carries on long enough to see the food start to become scarce. Carol was badass. That scene when she was reunited with everyone, Tyrese was reunited with Sasha and Rick and Carl were reunited with Judith was actually pretty emotional, very well done.
I'm interested to see what part Morgan will play.

Spoiler: click to toggle Yeah me too I thought it would cover half the season at least. This whole Washington thing isn't going to work out, it's obvious. I hope we switch between the two groups it won't be the same without Glenn. At least he didn't die though he's had so many scares it's not even funny. The main problem I have with the cannibals is that there are a lot of diseases you can get from eating humans, quite confident just cooking wouldn't make them safe those people should have been ill looking. Also about Beth I thought for sure when Glenn's group showed up at Terminus that meat cooking was going to be her but I guess she's elsewhere. Also that cliffhanger was bulls***  |

So far I've liked the new Season, but I think the whole Beth issue should've already been resolved by now... but that's just me. Also, I was cracking up with the Bob reveal, but I pretty much knew that's where they were going by the end of the previous Episode.

It seems really pointless how could they not have realized there are no armies or anything to save them after over a year? Also LOL at Chris, that was strange I couldn't take him seriously, Noah? Chris. The way they talk is weird, about paying for things...in what way? I guess doing...slave things, if the series is branching out to cannibalism slavery is the next worst thing  That is to say I wouldn't class Beth as a slave yet since she does owe them a debt but obviously their debt just never gets paid. I wonder what will come of Chris escaping? If he's been there a whole year and is injured...is he really going to survive and get help? Seems a bit unbelievable to me. Anyway good episode just I hope the next one isn't all about Beth and Carol(who better not die I swear to god) |

Spoiler: click to toggle I didn't like this Episode, and thought it was very boring... as for the end, I think Carol is only there to get Beth out of there. It's obvious her and Daryl followed that car all the way back to the Hospital, but I thought they were going to attack when Beth first tried to escape. In all honesty, this should have been wrapped up by now and it could have been.

Man, this episode was great.
Spoiler: click to toggle I always love seeing different communities. So far, we've had the Vatos, Woodbury and Terminus. I'm not saying no to seeing how a different group of people handles surviving in the apocalypse. Interesting themes of slavery and labour with this one too; keeping people there by giving them necessary things that they have to work off.
It's possible that Carol's just infiltrating the hospital and isn't actually seriously injured. She and Daryl could've met up with Noah and then they could've made a plan, with Daryl coming in and causing a distraction, allowing Carol and Beth to escape. 'Course, she may have been attacked by Dawn's group and hauled in, with Daryl escaping, meeting Noah, then going back to the Church to bring the others. Either way, really interesting stuff going on right now.
Love the development with Beth. She always talked about toughening up and not crying, but the way she spoke to Dawn really shows how much she's changed in order to survive. Plus, mouthing off to her while injured takes some serious bravery.

Hoping it's not anyway it seems way too obvious for it to be him not to mention extremely unlikely, how would someone who's been stuck in a hospital for a year not learning how to survive who's also injured get so far away or do they just so happen to be right near the main group?
I like Noah, thought for sure he was going to die hopefully he doesn't we need some new cast members that will stick around.

Not that I blame her tbh, I don't care about her either. The episode was fine but because it's Beth I didn't really care what happened either. She's just a very boring character to me. It's the same with everything she's done. Suicide plotline? Meh. Kidnapped? Eh, maybe Daryl can pair up with someone better suited.
Yeah firmly on the "Carol infiltration" side for what's going on.
