I don't really want to criticize the girl's acting too much because she's only young and still learning the art but it was a bit over acted to be honest. The other girl I didn't care for. She has these weird eyelashes that look fake. I found it bothersome. Other than that it was a good episode. I would have shot the girl as soon as I saw she couldn't distinguish between living and dead. Too dangerous to keep a mentally ill person like that around. Mind you I'm such an awful shot that I probably wouldn't get a head shot. Going back to the previous episode Beth is meant to be 18? That's a bit of a stretch for a 28 year old isn't it? I know she looks quite young but come on. You look at the situation to cold and distant. This is a girl Carol deeply loved and cared for. She wasn't going to shoot her just because she was mentally ill. Once she saw that she was too crazy, thats when she should shoot her.

The sociopath is king there. I have the benefit of seeing scenes which the characters couldn't of course but I saw early on that she was a liability and a risk. I would have done what needed to be done in order to survive.

Spoiler: click to toggle I thought "dear lord" when they were standing there and didn't shoot her because knowing this series they'd probably have left it and then the girl could have stabbed one of them or tried to kill Judith, she was never going to change her view on the living and dead she was clearly a damaged individual. Sad and all but there's a defenseless baby right there can't be looking over your back the whole time when you need to be looking in all directions to protect it. Yeah the pairing of Daryl and Beth is just strange to me why are people so desperate for it? She kind of seemed like she might have had a thing at one point but it clearly never went both ways. To him she's like a niece or sister he needs to protect and to her he could be viewed as a hero, so there was slight potential for a one sided romance or fling especially when you add in the grief of what just happened...but nothing else really gave that impression people are so over analytical with shipping...

Spoiler: click to toggle It was pretty good, some of these episodes have felt like a bit of waste cough Beth and Daryl wandering around looking for booze cough but this one was needed I think. The scene of Carol killing the girl (sorry forgot her name) reminded me a bit of the end of Of Mice and Men. Makes an interesting moral dilemma really, having a kid in that situation. Felt pretty bad for Carol, she'd basically projected Sophia on to those kids now they died as well. Not sure how I feel about the Tyrese and Carol resolution. I liked it in some ways, disliked it in others. Ah well. Has the budget been cut for the second half of this season or something? Story feels like it's being spread really thin to me.

I don't know if Abraham is going to go crazy when it comes to the obvious conclusion of Eugene just being a f*ing idiot or if he's just going to be like "I know" because he just needed a mission to not go insane. I hope he goes nuts though I liked Tyresse and Carol being civil but now we need someone going nuts after that build up. Also so it definitely is the guys Daryl is with who were in the house with Rick...interesting. I guess that was probably already confirmed if you paid decent attention to the names and stuff said but I didn't just figured anyway. Quite like that group of dudes it'd be nice if they stayed in the series but since they're out for Rick there's obviously going to be a fight(even though there's no way they'd recognize him...) Because commercials rake in the money from sponsors, and that's what makes up the budget of the show. However, the entire tunnel scene in this past episode was a set that was actually built on to the Cell Block D set from the Prison. Either way, that couldn't have been cheap to build. However, I'm thinking it's being spread thin to allow character development, and to show us how the group functions when separated and without Rick guiding them. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Well we did have a tank blowing stuff up earlier this season and that scene with the roof collapsing at the beginning the budget probably has dropped but right now for what's happening it doesn't seem like they really need it. It is a little slow and boring at times but it's good getting to know people. I'm worried for Michonne, we've got more of her back story and she's as happy as you can get right now...definitely at high risk for being killed off. She's also not a loner now she might end up dying to save Carl or Rick.

That scene was cool. I don't think Eugene will be able to "save the world" as the three keep saying. I don't even think they'll leave for Washington, at least not any time soon. I don't think Terminus will be full of cannibals or anything like that. I just think that the group Daryl is with now will try and take it over, while Rick's group, Glenn's group and Daryl will fight them off or something. Do you guys think the Terminus story will carry on through next season? And is there a gap between the finale and s5 e1? Spoiler: click to toggle Yeah I'm wondering how long this Terminus thing will last, surely we're not going to have this happy finale where they all sit down and have dinner together there has to be some kind of major event going on. (haven't looked at the preview) Not sure about Daryl's group taking over though, I think they'll go in to Terminus and someone from the main group will attack them so they'll be set to kill and Daryl will have to choose a side. They seem pretty happy to just wander around living off the land if they wanted to set up shop they could have. But then Terminus looks like a great place to live in their world. I don't feel like the finale is going to be that good I think they could have cut like half of the Daryl and Beth episode away so that in the latest episode they could have actually explored Terminus a bit. Obviously it will have some kind of cliffhanger but there's probably only going to be a handful of decent scenes up to then.
