I haven't felt this way for a movie since Inception! I have high hopes for this movie, though I'm not a large fan of Snyder but do enjoy some of his works: (Watchmen, Sucker Punch). So I have my fingers crossed in expectation for a great Superman movie, unlike the last one, which was alright. But I do agree with Stud muffin, sometimes trailers are misleading and it does depend on the reviews for me take my decision, but I think this WILL be a great movie, so regardless of reception I'm still going.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Oh wow so the trailers haven't ruined all the action for once!? Definitely going to the cinema to see this. Glad Nolan put more action in to it, imo it's all that Superman Returns lacked it was otherwise good. Superman with a beard is still an odd image... Wonder if there'll be a scene with him shaving it off with his laser eyes? Lol. I reckon this will be the best comic book movie of this year.

Christianity Favourite Manga The Bible	Superman Returns wasn't too bad; it just relied too much on the original films with Reeve and made too many nods to it that it seemed to just get lost and didn't get to be its own thing. At least that's the way I see it. I'm looking forward to Man of Steel. Hopefully it's not just a crapload of wtfisthish*t

Yeah SR got kind of nonsensical towards the end and it felt too long getting there. It's not the worst Superman film anyway. Man of Steal is probably going to be the best, every series need that Nolan touch Is it expected to have any sequels? I heard Nolan is wanting to move away from comic book movies... They need to do just one Superman film involving Doomsday or a good one with Darkseid/Brainiac.

Not at all, it was well done, it just fell short on a few expectations but I did enjoy it greatly! Especially the scene of SM carrying the huge island into space and finally plummeting back to Earth. Such heroism <3. I surely hope it'll be the best! I anticipate I'll be on the edge of my seat the during the entirety of the film! Agreed there, Nolan is one of the greatest directors of our time and for him to produce this is SO awesome! I honestly don't know if there will be an sequels? I hope there will be! But I don't think Nolan will take part in any of them just because I think he's taking a break from superhero movies? But I do have my fingers crossed for more, just because I feel this one will be great and the demand for me will be there.

Hopefully this will be a trilogy and we'll see bad guys never brought to the big screen like Darkseid or Solomon Grundy.

I hope there's a post credit scene. Maybe it could have something to do with the Justice League. Like in Iron Man 2 they mentioned the Avengers project and they did that in the Hulk movie too.

I really hope it's like 3 hours long or that him growing up doesn't take 3/4's of the movie because that last battle looks freaking awesome. That trailer makes it look as though the one film has enough content for a trilogy lol. So far still looking like it will be the best movie this year.
