Except it won't have accompanying films like The Avengers. Which in my opinion is a good idea as most of the superhero movies in the avengers sucked. A matter of opinion as I quite enjoyed all the Margel movIesbleading up to the Avengers. Also not having movies leading up to it could work out but could be a big mistake as well. Bit was perfect forbthe avengers all characters had been developed and thus it went straight to action. Now can they do that with Justice league with no lead up movies? Sure, but then what if someone isn't too familiar with the DC universe? They'll be lost on characters origins, their powers and so on and on. If they are to make it work without leading up movIesbthenthey should at least do one thig like Marvel did get a director who is very familiar with the comics/characters as Joss Wheadon was a fan of the Avenger comics and thus he knew what he was doing

It looks like they are really trying to improve on a lot of the things that lacked in Superman Returns. This movie seems to dig deeper and it will be interesting to see the direction it goes towards.

Isn't the whole thing about Superman supposed to be that he's NOT a man, ie. relatable? He's supposed to be this larger-than-life hero, this icon, this persona that you're supposed to want to emulate. Though I suppose I'm looking for things to be wrong, since Superman DOES have problems -- problems that can be and should be expressed. I just wonder if they can make it work.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	It looks like its going to have to be really long or have to blast past either the action or origins Either one would be crao, lets hope its lobg and fits everything in Personally I liked Superman Returns it just didn't have enough going to be brilliant but it was good I hope to god this is the start of a trilogy or at least has a sequel with Doomsday in it or Darkseid There needs to be a modern one with someone more powerful than him( preferably Doomsday)

What we often see in the comics are people questioning Superman's motives. Why does someone with so much power want to help humanity? Is there a chance that he could suddenly turn on them? Does the world even need Superman? That sort of thing.

That's fine but for a first movie in probably a series he seems a bit much for him to handle right away unless at some point it skips a few years to him having been Superman a while. I look forward to a movie with Doomsday more though especially a Chris Nolan one. It'd be interesting to see how he deals with such a rampaging force of destruction with no goals or motives. After Smallville's fail of a Doomsday he needs to be made cool in live action. I've never quite understood the whole "do we even need Superman?" thing... Of course his being there does bring some unwanted alien attention, but to order him to just leave is incredibly daft what are humans going to do to random Kryptonians or Brainiac etc? Or just meteors etc. Surely people wouldn't be that stupid in the real world ha.

The "my super hearing just hurts" is a really ***ty ***ing scene. Done before, done to death, I hope they do something different. If it's not just "everything is loud" but "I'm hearing everything" then the scene could be way more impacting. Clark isn't freaking out because of the sound of pens writing. He's hearing the entire planet, every car crash, every murder, every gunshot, every cry for help, every stabbing, every bone breaking. And he's a little kid. How could he not run off and cry? I'm probably not getting that scene though. Oh well. Guess I'll settle for a pretty okay Superman movie.

I try not to watch trailers since they are mostly untruthful, give the wrong idea, spoilers, take things out of context, ect. So I'm happy to wait and see it myself, unless every review gives it a low rating. Because if everyone says it sucks then I will probably think so too.
