Bing Favourite Manga Basalisk, GTO, and One Piece	I freaking love the heck out of the movie I really love DC Comics that I grew up with when I was a kid and not really a big marvel fan this movie makes a better superman movie. It's kind of like sci-fi and action. And there were a couple of Easter egg things to look out for. The only thing I didn't like about the movie was the product placement, which was drowned with to death in the Avengers but it didn't bother me as much in the Man of Steel movie. Maybe for the sequel hopefully Warner Bros. doesn't rush it to JLA. What they should do to set up for a possible JLA is put maybe Parasite or Metallo as the next villains in the sequel of Man of Steel and then have a Batman/Superman cross over and thats when you make a JLA movie. It's only their head locked into place. all the fights i got in as a kid where i got the other person in a headlock or they got me in a headlock we couldnt move around. the person doing the headlocking stopped them from moving around lol. i mean if someone has you in a grapple like that, idk why you would want to move with such force cuz you could end up having your neck broken or snapped anyway spoilers so dont read ahead if you havent seen the film Quote: It probably will be lex. Everyone is hating on the ending cause "Superman doesn't kill" I thought it was badass. hopefully it wont be lex and that all the stuff in there were just easter eggs, although i wouldnt mind him being in a second sequel. apparently there were references to wayne enterprises as well. i agree. i was never into the comics or anything but i used to read about the different plots and stuff they had in them. a common misconception about the end is that apparently superman does in fact kill when he has to in the comics. zod is one of them. someone can correct me on this if im wrong but i dont think superman has a strictly no killing policy the way batman does? either way i think it's a great thing. he's obviously mr goody two-shoes of all superheroes, so it's a good thing from a writing perspective that he's put into situations where he has to make hard decisions that test his own morals. you have a guy trying to do the right thing but finds it difficult because of the choices he has to make Edited by Buuberries, Jul 4 2013, 11:06 AM.

FF Favourite Manga Naruto	I would actually like for them to introduce Lex only to have him overshadowed by a larger villain. I mean Lex could make an appearance as one of several villains in the possible JLA movie. The way the film ended, for those of you who know how you'll catch on; it was great. Why? Because it will show us how Superman took doing what he did and how he may adopt his morals and ethics of not killing anyone unless absolutely necessary. And in the case of Zod, I figured it was coming. He had no choice. As far as a villain goes, maybe a clone of Superman aka Bizzaro or a character similar to such? Didn't one of Zod's scientist guys take some of Supe's blood?

I was expecting a more dark remake where superman struggles faces more psychologically struggles (yes there was some of this but it still felt a little pg13). Supermans character was flat and 2D like a plank of wood. Zod, on the other hand, was great. His struggle was admirable...how he was assigned the job of military leader at birth. He only did what society had pre-determined him to do... he was manipulated from birth and didn't have the freedom of choice like Clark. I wish they really brought that out more. But in saying that, superman was always flat as a comic book character. He's all-american, a small town country boy. He fights more with his heart than his brain.

Maybe because any action and fighting reminded me of what a DBZ movie should be like. We can only dream a studio can have this kind of budget to be able to create a DBZ movie with the high flying fights like in Man of steel.

I'd say best movie so far this year too but a 9.5/10 Actually sympathized with Zod he was actually right at the start, had there been no resistance all would have been well(unless they went to Earth first and stole that) Loved how Clark's backstory was done we didn't need an hour of him learning his powers again just the highlights was perfect. Wasn't full of plot holes like most movies Can't wait for more. I'm hoping for Brainiac or Darkseid in the next one, stuck in the Phantom Zone but the Kryptonian technology sucked in to it aids in one of their escapes(more likely Brainiac) and then Doomsday in the final movie of a trilogy. I liked the reference to LexCorp good how they chucked that in.

Most of the complaints I've seen were stupid frankly like how he smashes through buildings etc and probably killed people. Yeah, at best thousands but he saved billions... Everyone who reads the comics or just watches the animated movies knows Superman is at his strongest when he lets go of his fear of killing humans. Plus he's not really Superman until the end of the movie, just an alien savior. And also the Lois and Superman relationship was "rushed"...how? It's just a kiss at the end, it's not like they said they love each other the guy just saved the whole damn planet, most straight men would probably want to kiss him... Really don't understand what critics didn't like about it, being so different from the others is what made it good because they sucked.

He isn't going to fly around collecting pretty flowers for half the movie. And yes I would kiss Supeman for sure.
