Baby Vegeta easily. He was getting boosts from fighting in space, getting his tail back, and getting a power-up from the Z-Fighters while fighting Golden Oozaru Baby Vegeta. LSSjin 3 Goku would be like around SSjin Goku (Post-Tail), if not slightly stronger at the very most. Base Baby Vegeta was toying with SSjin 3 Goku (Pre-Tail), but he got a small boost from his tail, so someone who's SSjin Goku's level Post-Tail is fighting someone who's stronger than SSjin 3 Goku's level Pre-Tail.
