Majuub is only so overpowered because it's GT, and Uub was training for Goku with years. EoZ? Majuub is, quite frankly, a joke.

He meant hypothetical Majuub at the end of Z. I'd say he stomps. He went from being weaker than Base Goku (Pre-Tail) to be stronger than SSjin 3 Goku (Post-Tail). Base Baby Vegeta was toying with SSjin 3 Goku, and it took Final Form Baby Vegeta to beat him. 2nd Baby Vegeta would get beaten by Majuub. Majuub stomps.
