I only have a x2 SSj2 multiplier and I have Gohan pre-budokai training weaker than Cell Games Goku considering I have him equal to after the training. So Broly from movie 8 would need to be less than twice as strong as Cell games MSSj Goku for Gohan to even stand a chance with my power rankings and considering the way he effortlessly beat everyone, including MSSj Gohan who was stronger than Goku.... I don't think he's that weak.
