Where’s Vegeta?” Piccolo: “He went on ahead…” Goku: “Oh-ho. Rarin’ to go, huh? He must’ve gotten a lot better.” Chapter: 395 (DBZ 201) P13.5 Context: after Goku says he’ll fight first Cell first Vegeta: “Do what you want. Either way, I’ll be the one to finish this…” Vegeta's cocky, we know, but he already sensed Goku's 50% MSSjin power. He would have admitted if he couldn't have beaten Cell at all, like he did here: Chapter: 402 (DBZ 208) P10.1 Vegeta: “It drives me crazy, but I’ll admit it…Despite doing all that special training, I didn’t surpass Kakarot…Th-that bastard’s a genius…But Cell is 1 or 2 steps above even him…” If Vegeta already sensed Goku's 50% MSSjin power, did not know it was only half of Goku's power, and was confident in fighting Cell, we can basically say: 50% Mastered Super Saiyan Goku << Super Saiyan Vegeta/Cell Games 50% MSSjin Goku alone caused huge waves of shock to everyone who sensed it, everyone having sensed it already having seen Trunks Super Saiyan Grade III power. Trunks Super Saiyan Grade III << 50% Mastered Super Saiyan Goku << Super Saiyan Vegeta/Cell Games Trunks is only slightly inferior to Vegeta Trunks Super Saiyan Grade III < 50% Mastered Super Saiyan Goku < Super Saiyan Trunks/Cell Games < Super Saiyan Vegeta/Cell Games Now, in Movie 8, Gohan and Goku both have the Mastered Super Saiyan form, are relaxing, and Goku is not dead yet. Of course, if you use a 2x Super Saiyan 2 multiplier, than you would have Injured Super Saiyan 2 Gohan < Mastered Super Saiyan Gohan, from the quote that Gohan lost more than half of his power. Chapter: 415 (DBZ 221) P6.2-5 Context: after Gohan's injured saving Vegeta, and Cell charges up his final Kamehameha Goku: “Go strike with an all-out Kamehameha, like Cell! If you do that, you’ll definitely win! Absolutely!” Gohan: “B-but, the way I am now…I can only use one arm, and even my ki is already less than half…” So, assuming that we don't use a 2x SSj2 multiplier, we would so far have: Trunks Super Saiyan Grade III < 50% Mastered Super Saiyan Goku < Super Saiyan Trunks/Cell Games < Super Saiyan Vegeta/Cell Games << Full Power Super Saiyan Goku < Perfect Cell/At Goku << Super Saiyan Grade III Trunks/Cell Games <<< Legendary Super Saiyan Broli/Movie 8 Fitting in Full Power Super Saiyan Gohan and Perfect Cell/At Gohan, we would get... Trunks Super Saiyan Grade III < 50% Mastered Super Saiyan Goku < Super Saiyan Trunks/Cell Games < Super Saiyan Vegeta/Cell Games << Full Power Super Saiyan Goku < Perfect Cell/At Goku < Full Power Super Saiyan Gohan < [Super Saiyan Grade III Trunks/Cell Games, Perfect Cell/At Gohan] <<< [Legendary Super Saiyan Broli/Movie 8, Full Power Perfect Cell] With Broli being around Full Power Perfect Cell. How'd you come to the conclusion Hatchiyack is about on par with Perfect Cell? I'm going to try to watch it online, see if it will shed some light on the subject. @Vegetto, OVA stands for original video animation.

I don't count the OVA, though. It was footage for a video game, after all... Anyway, I can agree with Son Gohan's chain of command.

Chrome Favourite Manga Fullmetal Alchemist	Plan To Eradicate the Super Saiyans came out after Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan. It's my theory that Movie 8 happens after the RoSaT, so logically, Goku is an MSSJ in both films, right? Both Broly and Hatchiyack completely owned MSSJ Goku who was on par (for the most part) with a Suppressed Perfect Cell, but Goku says that Hatchiyack > Broly. Therefore... Perfect Cell > Hatchiyack > Broly In this translation (which appears to be the only one) Goku says ''His power might be greater than Broly's! But...'' ; which is different than the Raging Blast 2 Release where he says that Hatchiyack > Broly. Which leads me to believe that Goku thinks that Hatchiyack's power indeed exceeds Broly, but Hatchiyack obviously has a weakness, which they expose and use to kill him.
