Mobile Safari, Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z, Bleach	Everyone except Thor Hulk and cap would be butchered instantaneously. The only thing cap could do is his shield which could block anything. However the main thing would be the Hulk. One of his abilities is absorbing radiation around him and converting it into his own strength. So if he was around an SSJ he could absorb their auras which would be scary.

If The Scarlet Witch gets thrown in, Avengers win without a doubt.

Goten himself could just explode the planet and The Avengers would all die. The blast wouldn't kill any of the Z Fighters.

Pure strength isn't a factor in DB (see Trunks vs Cell). The Z-Senshi could blitz most of the Avengers regardless. The Avengers have never had speed as a major factor in their fighting, they would be torn apart by the Z-Senshi. It depends when team 2 are based in time. If you are thinking Boo saga then they would have difficulty with top end Avengers (not individual characters, since modern Thor is haxed to hell and back, but not the same as the Avengers) but anything after that it's just a complete stomp for team 2 imo.

Goku was kicking Freeza through multiple islands easily. You need a couple hundred millions of tons to do that. A 40 Ton isn't near anything to do like that. Tao did a 100,000+ tons feat back in dragon ball. BoDB Goku was pushing against a large rock that was 5 times taller than Roshi and over 3 times wider than his length. That must be at least a 10 tons rock. Teen Goku lifted Huge Piccolo who's at least 300 tons. 21st Budokai Goku leaped kilometers in the air. Goku's feat in the other world was to hype the SSjin and it's an inconsistent feat dude. Roshi, Goku, Yamcha and Krillin (21st Budokai Tenkaichi) / Goku, Tao, Generals of RRA, Krillin and Yamcha (RRA Saga) / Goku, Tien, Roshi, Krillin, Yamcha and Chiautzo (22nd Budokai Tenkaichi) vs. The Avengers are better fights.
