He was pretty much a precursor to Broly, what with him being a mindless, overly-buff Super Saiyan lookalike. His appearance made no sense whatsoever. "Let's make him super buff, blue, and give him Vegeta's hairstyle! That'll make for a super awesome villain that everybody will like because he's so generic!"

Chrome Favourite Manga Fullmetal Alchemist	Either Toriyama got lazy, or he unintentionally put that stuff on Super Android 13. I honestly thought the color pallette on Super Android 13 sucked. Goku absorbing the spirit bomb made the movie worth it, That and seeing Goku hit in the nuts XD. I'm surprised he was able to still make out and do it wit Chi Chi and still have Goten after that hit haha

He's arrogant even though he's pathetically weak. I dont think Bojack is the worst especially comparing him to Hildegarn, Bio Broly and Garlic Jr. Garlic Jr was the absolute weakest cause Gohan was able to beat him without fully unlocking his potential just as a kid. Bio Broly I think was even weaker than Bojack cuz Goten and Trunks didnt even fuse to beat him and Android 18 got some good hits in.

Broly. Broly. Broly. Broly. I cannot stand him at all. The only reason I made it to the end of the second movie (couldn't finish the first) was because I wanted to see evidence for debates. I just see him as one giant cliche that's stupidly overpowered even for a movie villain.

Only good part about that movie is Android 18. Yeah Bio Broly was kinda a WTF lol so was Hildegarn. Android 18 was good in Bio Broly though I def did like her too in that movie and it was cool not seeing Gohan or Goku saving the day for a change.
