Mozilla Favourite Manga Skip Beat and Canon	Spoiler: click to toggle Hakuouki so far consists of 2 anime series (Hakouki Shinsegumi Kitan and Hakuouki Hekketsuroku) and an OVA series (Hakuouki Sekkaroku) Coming this summer will be another series (Hakuouki Reimeiroku) that will take place prior to the first season. Also in 2013, there is a 2 part movie to this series. Not only is this an anime series, but also manga and game series. Taken from Wikipedia Quote: Chizuru Yukimura heads to Kyoto to search for her father. While there, she witnesses a fight between Rasetsu & members of the Shinsengumi. The Shinsengumi take her into custody &, once learning she is the daughter of the doctor they are searching for, decide to keep her close at hand. Chizuru follows the Shinsengumi in their battles to help the shogunate. I really loved this anime and I really recommend it. In my opinion, this anime can be directed to both guys and girls. There is s lot of action, adventure, death, and some romance.
