Chiaroscuro ♥ Posts: 17,000 Group: Rock Princess Member #1,750 Joined: September 24, 2006	I think part of the reason she's so disliked -- besides her annoying, bratty personality -- was that she kinda embodied Dragonball GT. She was one of the main faces of GT and that's not something brilliant to be associated with in the world of DB. I also hated her for taking Goten's place in the world adventure to find the dragonballs. But I'm bias because Goten was one of my favorite characters at the time.

I don't see the point, but, well... it's done It's funny 'cause looking back I don't think GT Goten would have been particularly exciting to watch either. Thing is the females were never had personalities that were 100% appealing. AT made them all somewhat annoying. Pan carried the same trend. She should've been a super saiyan. Goten amd Uub should've had bigger roles. I didn't like the Goku being a kid again

Not sure why but I never appealed to 18> anyone who has talked to me about dbz girls over the years knows that. I think I would have to like Videl the most

She could get annoying occasionally, but she was mostly just really funny and one of the very few female characters who stayed revelant throughout most of the series -- without even being a fighter.

She was a mainstay in the original dragonball cast and was there with the rest of the supporting cast cheering Goku on in his fight against Piccolo at the world tournament. Really throws me for a loop that the reason she didn't show up later was because Akira Toriyama forgot about her.

I think the only real reason everyone hates is either because they're repeating what others are saying or because of the abomination that is her English voice. Japanese Pan is awesome IMO.
