The SSJ Rule at the EoZ Tournament

*Sigh*

I know we've gone over this before. but I've never gotten a clear answer.

Is there any valid proof, or statement from anyone in the final two chapters of the DBZ manga that indicates that the SSJ rule was in effect at the EoZ tournament?

Now before everyone throws out the infamous assumptions, I'll throw some of my own out.

1) It's been 17 years since the Cell Games.
2) The rule was made to protect the identities of those at the Cell Games.
3) Gohan, the guy who suggested they don't go Super Saiyan wasn't fighting in the tournament.
4) Goten and Trunks both broke the SSJ rule 10 years prior to the EoZ tournament twice.

That last one is more of a fact than an assumption, but you get the point.

Thoughts?

Bulma also said not to go Super Saiyan as to not draw attention to themselves.

I'll tell you just one thing.Do you believe that a saiyan would lose a fight just to respect SSJ rule?I don't think so.So,that rule was never
actually applied.

Both statements above are true.

While it is to conceal their identities, I REALLY can't see Vegeta losing to Goku because he can't use Super Saiyan. (This is assuming Kaioshin never showed up)

Thala na Gethu!

My personal opinion is this.

Goku, Majin Vegeta, & Gohan's brief, yet explicit presence prior to SSJ2 Goku/Vegeta's rematch in the Tournament.

Babidi transported all of them frm his ship, only for Majin Vegeta not givin a damn about the spectator's, blastin over 100 audience's.

I dont think the Rule was still in effect.

That's the primary reason that I consider the SSJ Rule a joke.

Not only was it broken 3 times, the most blatantly when Gohan went SSJ2 in front of everyone, but then after that, Vegeta appears and kills a bunch of people under the Majin spell.

Vegeta was the first one to say ''so what'' to the SSJ rule, so I don't think he cared.

Goten obviously didn't care because he broke it. Same with Trunks.

I don't understand how you can think that it'd be in effect. And that's not even mentioning that there's a 10 year gap between both occasions.

It doesn't even matter if it's in effect or not. The only thing that could be considered important is the fact Goten was scared of fighting Mr Buu.

SSJ rule is for those who think Base Goku is stronger than SSJ Goku or SSJ3 Goku from Boo saga and for those who think that Oob enraged is actualy Kid boo in powers.

I dont have Base surpassing first achived SSJ level, ssj level surpasing ssj2 or ssj2 surpasing ssj3.

That's my point. Goten could only be afraid to fight Mister Boo if he couldn't win.

If he couldn't win, it's because of one of these two reasons.

1) SSJ Rule was in effect

2) He hadn't achieved SSJ2 yet due to slacking, so there's no chance he could even touch Mister Boo
