In hell when Goku fights Frieza and Cell they tell Goku they can't ever die but I've heard that you can die in the other world and will be gone forever but I'm really confused.

It's a plothole within the anime. In Z, Goku tells Vegeta that if he dies he'll be gone from existence completely. In GT, Freeza and Cell just regenerate. Maybe it was because they were in Hell, but I don't know if any explanation like that was given.

Cell & Frieza were in Hell, so they constantly regenerate etc. But Goku told Vegeta when they were fightin in Kaioshin Realms with Kid Boo. I guess it has somethin to do with the anime inconsistencies...

King Kai said you couldn't die twice on his planet in the anime

In the world of the grand Kai it was said people could be erased from existence and in the supreme kai land As well when Vegeta and Krillin challenged kid Buu

Frieza and Cell said they couldn't die again in hell. It was meant to be purgatory where beings suffer for eternity which is why you weren't supposed to be able to escape it surfing the Goku falling off snake way bits

Piccolo was destroying heaven but I don't think he hit any cloud with a blast

Each world or realm so to speak had its own rules

Yeah I think its a matter of each realm having its own capabilities. In hell if your evil your meant to suffer for an eternity which means you cannot die a second time even if you get blown away or to bits your there for the sake of suffering. Basically each realm King Kai's planet, Hell, Supreme Kai's world, and Grand Kai's world are all different dimensions meaning that different rules apply.

This I think best explains the inconsistencies from the Manga and the Anime of going back and forth with being able to die twice and not being able to die twice and keeping your body regardless of what happens.

I dont see how would diffrent realm affect on persons. Its pretty much person itself.

Oh well Toei logic.

Yep, good old Toei logic.
Great, isn't it? -_-
I think it's just an error made in the dub.

Goku mentions in the anime that the real world has different rules to the otherworld (which made it harder to keep up SSJ3), so I guess it isn't impossible that other realms have different rules. The catch is that, in heaven at least, they mention a few times that you can't die again if you're already dead, so presumably that must be a heaven-only thing as well.

I guess the rule seems to be that if you're dead and leave the realm you were sent to, then you can be killed again, this time for good, but if you stay where you belong, nothing can kill you.
