SSJ2 Goku ~ Majin Vegeta, and Majin Vegeta probably stands no chance against Movie 10 Broly. Maybe the final flash would do it? But as for Broly being defeated in Hell, I've changed my mind on it. Pikkon is > Super Perfect Cell, right? Wasn't he knocked out by one of his punches in filler?

Google	Well imo there is no way Cell was even close to using his full strength in hell, he had no reason to since he thought he was fighting Goku and we know Cell can easily take Goku in a suppressed state. Pikkon was at his maximum on par with fpssj Goku who is way out of SPC league. Pikkon caught Cell of guard off guard in hell since Cell had his power set to fight Goku. Also the attack Pikkon used on Cell is similar to kaioken so natutally Cell was caught off guard.

Goku outsmarted him, and his stamina isnt all that great. with his burning shoot technique he knocked SPC into the dirt like a falling apple. make up whatever excuse you want, but SPC was used as a joke, and Pikkon was the punchline, it's over. Google	If the power was that different the first move Pikkon used on Goku would have split his head open and would not have had the chance to "out smart" him. Pikkon is not the one to go easy on someone like Goku. Look what he did to others in the tournament(destroyed them), Pikkon was beaten fair and square. If he were as powerful as you say, he would have completely tanked Goku's finishing kamehameha wave. End of story, Pikkon>=Mssj Goku.
