Posts: 2,526 Group: Duplicate Member #6,436 Joined: July 1, 2011	Pikkon is effective Perfect Cell at Goku. Burning Shoot raises power like Kaioken. Pikkon is probably about half power at Olibu... maybe a bit more...? Pikkon BSes Goku worse than Olibu until Goku goes SSJ; Pikkon fights SSJ Goku relatively straight, but pretty much has the battle won until Goku uses Warp Kamehameha. Pikkon damaging Cell was legit, but he caught Cell off guard; PC Zenkai would have the edge over Pikkon Burning Shoot (2x), IMO. 51 to 56. that is IMO.

The way I have it, SPC is a multiplier state that Cell gets access to after he regenerated, rather than his new base form- kind of like Cell's version of SSJ. When fighting in hell, Cell decided not to go SPC for whatever reason, presumably believing it wasn't necessary. Pikkon I have at ~ Perfect Cell, with burning shoot being a multiplier. With that he managed to get Cell off-guard and land a decisive blow to knock him out. Why Cell didn't just regenerate and go SPC I've no idea, but it is comedy filler so no need to take it too seriously.
