I was wondering, when Goku got sick, and looking at how everyone was there at his house when he died I figure he lasted longer than a day or 2.. Why didn't they just get Bulma's radar and get the dragon balls.. It shouldn't take them more than a day or two to get and then wish him healthy
Tell me Kakorot, Is it slavery when you get what you want?

 Simple. Everyone though that Goku would be better but that day virus killd him.

Lets say that hes training, starts to feel a little tired, works through it, virus hits, hes out cold in a field and by the time anyone figures out whats wrong, hes too far gone for them to gather the dragonballs in time. so they try to get the balls and he dies within hours because the virus is unchecked. its not that the dragon couldnt help him, it just takes too much time to get the dragon and make the wish, the virus is that fast.

Also Shenron can bestow any wish as long as it does not exceed the power of his creator, who must still be alive when he is summoned (i.e. Kami or Dende). Maybe viruse can't be wished away.

 It's been such a long time since I watched Dragonball and read the anime. Did it say somewhere that if someone died from a natural death, that they could not be brought back?

He asks why didnt they use dragon balls to remove heart virus from Goku.

Yes if person dies from natural death he cant be wished back. Btw they cant wish Goku 2 times with Shenron because he already died.
