Just messing about, the sig was inspired by something I saw earlier which used that sort of style. The typo sig was just messing about. ![]()

Oh yea I like the contrast. The concept looks like something close to stuff you've done before. Simple as it is though, it looks incomplete in a sense. Idk if borders would help but it might make it look more polished. Sig 1: 7/10 I really really really loved this concept when I first saw it on your profile. I wanna try it because I see potential in it beyond just what you've done but let's focus on the sig it self. I think the thing that bothers me is the lighting. You chose specific spots which usually is fine but the overall look is very scattered. I know it's a text based sig so the focal point generally in this case has to be the whole thing which is tricky but can be beneficial. The big "L' bugs me, not saying it should be small but i think it should be more defined and I think you meant to make the Flower bloom out of the L but it looks like it's just stuck on their. It's not natural, same thing with the g maybe because it's clearly part of the bg. I can't tell if you were trying to blend the blossoms to give the text a natural look or if you just made them as BG. the smaller ones on the bottom are better as they look more natural but the placement could be more cleaned up. I love the concept but i think it can be executed a bit better Sig2: 7.6/10 |

I'll be honest, man, the first sig kinda hurts my eyes. So much yellow! It looks like you were experimenting with a new style and it has a feel of "I'm in unfamiliar territory, here" which is both a good and a bad thing because it's not near to the standard of other things you've made but it's good because you're getting outside your comfort zone. The text is good, although the background text is hard to read. I'd suggest trying to blend the render into the background at least a little, to make it easier on the eyes. I'd give it a 4/10. Keep trying with the style and you'll improve in no time ![]() The typography sig is amazing, man. Putting it simply, I love it. It's got a Tim Burton (pre-Charlie and The Chocolate Factory :p) feel to it that I really like. 9/10 easily

Thanks for feedback Rebel! The Roses were sort of random, just dotted around, the L one was just meant to be a slightly large Rose to show the detail. I get what you're saying about the smaller ones, they do fit in with the Typo better. Yeah the first one does look incomplete, mainly because I sort of lost my direction with it, when I tried to add stuff it ended up being cluttered, so it does need something just no idea what, I did a pretty crazy border but took it out as it was too distracting, probably should have stuck with a simple one.
Thanks for the feedback man! The first was just me wanting to try a signature with a C4d as it's been ages since I've used one, the sig that inspired it had these 3-d metallic type kanji's, which made it look a lot more blended in and for some reason just made it look high quality, as opposed to the flat ones I did, I agree the render needs is too out there. Thank you very much, It was just a mess around one but I'm really glad you liked it. |

Woohoo more Light GFX's awesomeness! ![]() I love both pieces, boi! I think the Yamcha one was very well executed and has this comic appeal to it that I'm really digging. The one thing I'd suggest is trying to make the render and the background look a bit more cohesive so when people look at it they feel like they completely belong together, you know? My rating would be 7 out of 10. Onto the second piece -- pretty damn cool! It looks stylish and innovative and I agree with Mike's reference, it does sort of remind me of Tim Burton's imagery a little bit. I would have looooveddd to see a more contrasted lighting in the 2 biggest roses though to make the sig pop a bit more, because I feel like the ligthing in general could use a little extra work. Other than that -- fantastic job! ![]() Rating for the second piece: 8/10 You got ittt, oh baby you got ittttt! (I'm your venusss I'm your fireee your desireee) LOL this song randomly popped up in my mind. Keep it up, Light. |

Haha these are cute signatures especially the Yamcha one because of the style. The Yamcha one is a bit bright though and the yellow is kinda obnoxious haha, but it is still a cute signature. I have to agree with Kris that more blending should have been done. The second one is awesome. I've never done something like that so it's cool to see someone else doing it. Really awesome. You should show me sometime. I give the Yamcha signature a 6/10 I give the second one a 9.5/10. |
