Thought I'd make this to clear the air on any plotholes that seem legitimate enough to be called just that. Include movies and OVA's as you see fit. Here's my list ; add on if you don't see one that comes to mind here: 1. Goku > Mystic Gohan (Boo Saga) 2. HFIL (in regards to villains keeping their bodies) 3. Bardock being able to breathe in space. 4. Raditz saying that Planet Vegeta was destroyed 3 years ago while talking to Goku (might be a wrong dub line) 5. Namek taking a total of 9 episodes to blow up when Frieza clearly says 5 minutes. (9 Episodes is approximately 3 hours) I can't think of any more off the top of my head right now, so I'll probably be back later with the lot of them. Edited by GridZero, May 21 2012, 07:12 PM.

Vegeta and Nappa breathing in space. Kid Buu being the strongest Buu. Goku's escape from Namek, while in the episode he is shown to fly out of the ship and into the air and screaming, the flashbacks shows him getting out of the ship and going straight for a Ginyu Space pod without the whole flying and screaming part. Villains keeping their bodies. King Kai saying you can't die once you're already dead, and then later the Manga says if you die when you're dead then you're wiped out of existence. |

If we're talking about stuff that contradicts the manga, I've got one. Trunks turning Super Saiyan for the first time when Gohan dies, yet he was already Super Saiyan when it happened in the manga. |

The 5 minutes fight was a filler , the fight in the manga was short with Frieza having no chance at all against the Super Saiyan . |

No, no, he was clearly a Super Saiyan in the manga, and yet in the anime special is training to go Super Saiyan, and finally does it when he see's Future Gohan's dead body. |

In the anime, SSJ Goku being on par with Furiza at times and SSJ3 Gotenks being on par with Shin Boo, while the manga clearly shows Gotenks and Goku with the edge in both fights. |

Goku asks how Chiaotzu crossed Snake Road since his body had been blown up.Yamcha answers that Kami recreated his body. But -Goku,who had been blown up by Cell,did have a body in the afterlife -Grandpa Gohan,whose body had been squashed by Goku Oozaru,did have a body in the afterlife During Saiyans Saga,it is stated that,if one's body is lost,he cannot be revived.Yet Kuririn,who had been blown up by Frieza,was revived. Also,Tien got back his arm when revived. |

That's not a plothole or inconsistency, it's just pure stupidity or you can say Frieza overestimated the power of his attack. I believe he even acknowledged it. |

My theory for Burdock breathing in space is that Freeza had an atmosphere outside his ship for all his men. Saiyans also can maybe breathe in very thin air. Pikkon being even with base Goku yet easily overpowering Cell is possibly a plothole. Edited by TrunksinSwimmingTrunks, May 25 2012, 01:52 AM.
