6 are too many for Frieza to handle. And don't forget they can regenerate.Piccolos win.

One Piccolo couldn't even see Freeza's movements. Adding another five will not make a difference. Their eyesight doesn't magically combine.

Frieza wins- multiple fighters combined are not equal to the sum of their parts; a single fighter with equivalent PL is still far superior.

3rd Stage Frieza I have at no less than 2 million (twice a Piccolo at that point), so these PIccolo's combined would be no more than 3 times stronger, which is an equivalent to much lower.

That and Frieza has a realistic chance of taking them out one by one, and/or stopping them from effectively coordinating themselves.

Freeza wins easily.

No matter how many (unless it's absurd I guess) fighters there are, if they are inside their adversary's stomping range, the stronger will still stomp. They can't follow his movements, will get one shotted by a serious attack and so on. Unless the stronger adversary has a weakness like Raditz, he'll continue to stomp regardless of numbers.
Every villain is the hero of their own story.
