I'm very, very inclined to believe France doesn't stand much of a chance against Spain judging by the first half of the match. They just seem to be on different levels. I'd be surprised if France were able to turn things around. Even if they scored now, Spain should be able to recover from that with relative ease, especially seeing how France's defense has been showing some crucial flaws against Spain's attack.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	France played average at best. Spain were sloppy and laid back in the second half and France still couldn't score. Ribery was just awful tonight. I don't think Spain are invincible by any means. England beat them in a friendly match some months back after all. Portugal have a fair chance to beat them. It's England vs Italy tommorow. A lot of people are saying it's a 50/50 match up. I'd be inclined to agree. As long as both sides play at their best and certain players don't make big mistakes then it should be a very close game. I can't seem to pick a winner. It could go either way.

He was often isolated against Arbeloa and one of the DM's coming to isolate him, yet still managed to get a few a balls in, and in general created some tense moments for the Spanish side. His stamina and dribbling skills meant for the whole 90 minutes he gave other players an outlet, his one downfall was probably a few sloppy passes early on. It's going to be a close match tomorrow, in an almost role reversal I think England will be the more defensive side, while Italy will probably control the game a little more. I really don't like the way England play but I'm hoping if they keep mistakes to a minimum they can still get past Italy. No chance of getting past Germany though.

I'm just genuinely excited to watch my 2 favorite teams going at it against each other.

The Sweden game seems like the pinnacle of our success so far in the tournament because of the goals we managed to score, so if we can pull that off against the bigger teams from now on, we might actually have a chance. Danny Welbeck is my favourite player in the England side, I want him to do well in this tournament.
