I have a feeling Italy will win, but will still be eliminated because Croatia will draw Spain. Prediction table Spain- 5 Croatia- 5 Italy- 5 Rep. of Ireland- 0 Croatia and Spain don't need a win, all they need is a draw to qualify, that is unless italy can win by 4 goals tomorow. So I guess you can say, we have a fighting chance.

Google Chrome	Nobody said they weren't genuinely good. I'm saying they're not the same standard as the likes of Spain or others. Just because Denmark played one or two games and beat Holland and scored against Germany, doesn't make them one of the biggest contenders in the tournament. If Denmark were that good they wouldn't be out right now, they would have beaten Germany, and that was barely on the cards seeing as they had to equalize to even stay in the match with Germany. Denmark's back four are average at best. It's perfectly easy nowadays for an average to poor team such as QPR or Swansea in the premier league to prevent the top teams scoring but they do eventually, just like Germany did against Denmark tonight. Putting a lot of people in front of the goal isn't difficult and it doesn't make Daniel Agger or any of the other ones good necessarily, let alone best. Since he's now out of the tournament, I'd say that Mats Hummels was better than Daniel Agger, even Olaf Mellberg is as good as Daniel Agger and he's considered a has-been.

I didn't get the first 10 minutes of the match though -- which led to the Netherlands' goal... it seemed Portugal were consensually letting the Netherlands dominate, like they were testing them or something. It was frustrating to watch, but Portugal quickly changed tactis and did a really good job afterwards. Yay!! I'm happeh! And I'm particularly happy for Cristiano (and not CHRIStiano, Becca! ). The portuguese nation and the media all around the globe had been given him a VERY hard time lately but he truly proved himself with this game. He was the star of the match in my opinion, not only for the 2 goals but for his entire performance throughout the 90 and something minutes. He showed he's a good thinker too. He can anticipate his oponents and team mates moves really well and think on his feet according to the information he gets. And not gonna lie, I was kinda rooting for Denmark too, just 'cause I love a good underdog story. But I'm not surprised by the results of their match against Germany. I didn't get to see their match 'cause I was obviously watching Portugal x Netherlands... how was it?? Do you guys think it was a fair victory for Germany?

I can see Portugal and Spain in the finals however if Ronaldo keeps scoring goals like he does.

He's very good at distribution too. I think Denmark were a decent team but they had too many players who weren't of international class, despite Agger and Bendtner both playing well, Eriksen was a massive disappointment. Hummels, Lahm and De Rossi would be my other choices, Hummels is a brilliant player, Lahm is probably the best full back in the world and De Rossi is as gifted as anyone and considering he's a midfielder, is doing a great job. I think Germany are an amazing side, they were almost sluggish today but I think they'll make to the finals, they have an interesting set up where Khedira and Bastian both assist in defence and attack, which leads to good flowing football, they seemed very complacent against Denmark though. Portugal seemed to play really well, only watched highlights as I watched the Germany game but looks like Ronaldo's back.

Google Chrome	I actually believe Germany to have some of the best players in the tournament. I have been quite impressed with some of Portugal and Croatia's talents but for me, the top 3 international sides (in Europe) with the best players - at club level - are Germany, Spain and Holland. Now considering the Netherlands are now out, and were soundly beaten by Germany and Portugal, I think Germany are going to be a team to look out for. They have waves of young talent in their side and it is good to see them pull out of the group with 3 wins. It proves just how hard they work and whether they can adapt to situations and still come out on top. The goals that Van Persie and Krohn-Deli scored against them respectively didn't shake them and allowed them to come out on top in both games. For some reason I think Fabio Cointrao's name is really catchy and I keep saying it over and over in my head XD He was fantastic yesterday against Holland actually, even had a chance to score but unfortunately it was saved.

Sven Bender is better than Lars Bender just based on his name. Also I told Pookie about 5 minutes before Jesus Navas scored his goal that Navas would come in and just walk the ball into the net, and he did just that. Therefore, he is my man of the match for that game.
