Toriyama designed an entirely new SSJ4, different from that one. If I'm correct, one of his editors made that one. That picture is a rendition of it.

Posts: 3,460 Group: Suspended Member #7,405 Joined: March 6, 2012	Nakatsuru-kun's designs is "Super Saiyan 4", and that picture is a portrait that AT drew looking off it. So It's just a sketch of SSj4 Goku that Toriyama drew years after GT ended. While it may technically be called fan-art since Toriyama did not originate it, the design is based on an art form that Toriyama mastered, so in a way, that is like advanced fan-art off of Toriyama. I dont think that anyone knows about this sketch or where to find it.
