Haye vs Chisora?

Derek Chisora is apparently set to fight David Haye. This seems like a one sided fight to me. David Haye's only chance is his single powerful hook. Apart from that, he is an average boxer. Derek Chisora on the other hand has a granite chin and is an exceptional boxer. A class above David Haye. Neither Vitali Klitchko nor Tyson Fury could even knock him down. Plus he can land punishing body shots. They took the wind and power right out of Kiltchko. David Haye is just gonna get squashed. I don't even know if this will last 5 rounds.

Interesting. I read about this and was surprised to hear this announcement. Frank Warren is a clever man, he knows this is likely to be a large profit from this fight taking place.
Could be the highest paid non-title match in years, if ever, its not even an elimanator, and the fact a date has been set and arragned in Luxembourg (sp) lets you know he's been working on finding a way round the loop hole between Chisora's suspension and Haye's non-licencse after retiring last year.

Personally i could see Haye possibly knocking Chisora out in the early rounds, and carrying him for the later rounds for the sake of punishment. Haye's got explosive power and speed in both hands and can move into and out of range easily enough (that is unless he breaks 'that' toe again... ...).

However if chisora, fights like he did against Vitali, then it could be an interesting fight, in that fight Chisora fought very well, far better and improved compared to when he fought Tyson Fury.

Will be a lot of controvesy surrounding this fight well before it happens, could be a major move in boxing. Putting it back on the map in a way.

I think Chisora's chin is too much for Haye to handle. Plus he moves his head really well too. Whereas Haye's balance and guard is not the best and he has been knocked down by lesser fighters on several occasions. I don't think Chisora would need to do much to KO Haye, But Haye would have to work really hard to KO Chisora. You saw the shots Fury landed on him I'm sure? This man can take a lot of punishment.

Be a good one hopefully. Hayes fast bombs vs Chisoras fury and granite chin.

Although there is risk this fight turns into a farce, either/ both men lose the plot and it turns into boxings biggest shame.

Now here is the real question... ... do you think, that maybe, after the fight, the pair will shake hands and congratulate each other on a good fight (regardless of who and how they win)... ...??

Its on!

I don't think either men are good rolemodels and their behaviour after the klitchko fight demonstrated that quite clearly. I don't think they will show any kind of sportsmen ship. Often two boxers will have this pantomime going where they pretend to be worst enemeis but in reality greatly respect each other. However in this case I think both men are basically thugs with no real understanding of respect and we might see some sly and dirty fighting during the bout.
