Gaps in my opinion: SSJ 2 Goku~Majin SSJ 2 Vegeta>SSJ Goku>SSJ Pre Majin Vegeta~Dabura>SSJ 2 Teen Gohan>Base Goku~SSJ Gohan>Base Vegeta~Piccolo>Android 18~Chibi Trunks>Chibi Goten>Krillin~Tien>Yamcha This is for the anime btw not sure if things went down differently in the manga.

But i think Supreme Kai is strong than Base Saiyans. But by my caluclations Piccolo >> Base Goku. Anyways , maybe you guys know better.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	SSjin Goku (Buu) > SSjin Vegeta (Buu) >> SSjin Gohan (Buu) ~ SSjin Goku (Cell Games) => Cell Jr. > ASSjin Vegeta (Cell Games) >> Piccolo (Buu) > Piccolo (Cell Games) >>> Base Goku (Buu) > Base Vegeta (Buu) >> Base Goku (Cell Games) >>> Vegeta (Cell Games) IMO Piccolo held his own for a little while against the Cell Jr's,but he was undoubtedly weaker then the Mini-Cells, while Vegeta had to go ASSjin, and Goku had to go to MSSjin to beat them. I doubt that Goku's base increased that much in the 7 years, so Big Green takes
