That's around Initial SSjin Goku's level at the very very very least. I think that it's up to Good Boo's level at the very most.

She had every bit of control of her powers and outright admits so when Videl, Bulma, And Chi Chi decide to head to he battle field during the 17 saga. She just said she hated to fly because it messed up her hair, and had no interest in fighting. Marron also had ki control. She stated that much like Bulla, she hated to fly which is why they were stuck out in traffic and 17 killed old man Krillin. She likely also,didn't want to fight, but logically knew how in a house with Roshi, 18, and Krillin. Bra/Bulla wins as she to me has to be around where Majin Vegeta/SSJ2 Goku were at Babadi to just tank a blast and be able to put out energy for Baby . Posts: 761 Group: Member Member #7,087 Joined: December 17, 2011	Bulla tanking Gohan-Bebi's KHH with her only response being her annoyance that her shopping was destroyed, plus giving enough energy for Bebi, could easily put her at Good Boo level. Even if Bebi couldn't control Gohan's body properly andthe KHH was not that powerful, Gohan was at SSjin at the time, plus his base in GT would be > Chou Gohan (Z). So if we take all that into consideration, the KHH could have easily been from a Chou Gohan (Z) level but probably weaker, even so, it would obliterate Marron imo. Bulla/Bra takes.
