I don't think Base Veggie is nearing Super Boo imo. I think he would take SSjin Gotenks, but not SSjin3. He would need SSjin2. Vegeta arguably had some trouble with Goten and Gohan in SSjin2 (could be SSjin, of course). So I don't know, he is portrayed weak, same with every other character apart from Son Goku. Base Vegeta > SSjin3 Son Goku > Pure Boo. If you are one that argues Son Goku did in fact do better against S17 than all the others (including SSjin2 Veggie, then Vegeta's base could even be weaker. But imo, I think S17 was all like 'yay Son Goku's here, lets have some fun with him,' rather than Son actually doing better than Vegeta in a SSjin state. You're crazy man. BoGt and BoGt Goku are beasts. Vegeta was stated to being stronger than Gohan who was a good deal stronger than super buu in z.. Gohan was stronger than his dbz version in gt since he relearned ssj and ssj2. Therefore by this logic alone Base Vegeta bogt stopms ssj3 gotenks. Vegeta kills him. He was easily over Gohan who had to go SSJ to deal with him. Vegeta wasn't goku level but he was by far the closest of the saiyans |

Gohan-Baby had to go Super Saiyan to deal with Base Vegeta IIRC. SSjin 3 Gotenks << Ultimate Gohan <<< Base Gohan (GT) ~ Gotenks-Boo < Gohan-Boo < Base Vegeta (GT) ~ Rildo < Base Goku (GT) < SSjin Gohan-Baby |

True, but that was Vegeta after a year. We don't know were Vegeta stood at the start of GT, but unless you have him worlds and worlds above Goku, he shouldn't be any match for Gotenks. |

Goten was the laziest with Goku gone in that time which meant he was more into chasing girls than working and he was past Mr. Buu in his base, and confident his SSJ form was on par with Super Buu caliber Baby. Do you really think Vegeta, who is superior to Gohan, Pan, and Trunks, all of whose were superior to Gotens "punt power"? His base would have to be strong to be over all of them, as we all know Gohan was superior to Super Buu back in Z, as well as Gotenks as they were about equals. How can Vegeta not be stronger than Gotenks if he is superior to an improved Ultimate Gohan?
