No offence to any pal here. This is my point of view, but I could be wrong. Please correct me if I was.

DBZ's Movie 10 Broly: The Second Coming was released in Japan on March 12 1994. It was just after the completion of Great Saiyaman Saga, & was 3 days after the commencement of Boo Saga.

Up to that point, SSJ2 was only known as "a level beyond the Super Saiyan". It was only in the Mid-Boo Saga that SSJ2 as well as SSJ3 was introduced by Goku to Fat Buu.

Next, Akira Toriyama, the series original creator was also responsible for every movie villians, & that being said, his contribution to the series could be considered as large.

Now, at the tail end of Great Saiyaman Saga, it was mentioned that Gohan's power has dropped by Vegeta. That episode was on March 2 1994.

As you can see, its the intersection point, where Gohan did surpass the limits of the Super Saiyan, but then, his slacking in training was the key for his weakening.

To further support this, the Cell Saga episode 185 "The Unleashing/Awakening" showcased Gohan's ascension, complete with the bio-electricity/sparks. That was DBZ's regular TV episode.

DBZ's Movie usually has much higher allocated budget, & Movie 10 Broly: The Second Coming was definetly one of them. So, its illogical to have the animators ignoring the most specific trait, bio-electricity/sparks & at most times of his fight with Broly, Teen Gohan completly lacked it.

So, it could be said that Movie 10 Broly was at best, equal to SSJ2 or even several notches higher than regular SSJ2. Still, Im sure Broly toyed with Gohan for the most of the time as he did in Movie 8 as he effortlessly pummeled Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo.

Keeping that in mind, if Broly exerted his maximum power, against EoZ SSJ Goku, of whose Base was already equivalent to SSJ Boo Saga, who wins?
