 Weird topic lol. So, if you think Gohan was haxed in Movie 10, Dabura gets the SAME power jump Gohan had. Ok? Ok.

So, if canon Gohan is like 2, and canon Dabura is 4, and Movie 10 Gohan is 10, an hypotetical Movie 10 Dabura would be 20.

 He wouldn't be any > M10 Broly imo. He would probably go up to Good Boo, then take Good Boo with difficulty. But lose to the rest badly imo.
