Remembering that the Cell Jr's = Perfect Cell (potentially the Cell that Goku fought) and Trunks and Vegeta were the only people able to fight evenly with the Cell Jr.'s That would put Vegeta and Trunks closer to Goku's power level, but still not able to give Cell the intense fight Goku gave him.

Adult Gohan not training for nearly a decade, forgetting his battle senses, and suffering from a drop in skill level proved nearly fatal in his fight against Dabura. Granted Dabura was not that great of a fighter according to Vegeta and Goku. Gohan fighting against Trunks who still has all his powers and skills intact and is close to Cell Games Goku in power, would give him the victory over Gohan.

Movie 10 Gohan would put up a greater fight against Trunks i think
Cell Jrs are weaker than Cell's version Goku fought.
Vegeta,who fought Cell Jr evenly, stated that Cell's version was stronger than Goku,who was a lot stronger than him.

Even when Cell hit Gohan into a mountain and everybody thought he'd died, Gohan emerged and was stated to have not loss any Ki. Cell was stated to be "one or two steps ahead" of Goku, and Gohan had no trouble with Cell until the latter raised his speed.

Cell (raised speed) > MSSjin Gohan > Cell (against Goku) > MSSjin Goku

Basically, Gohan was superior to the power that Goku could barely keep up with. You see how big the gap is here now?

Just assume Gohan lost one third of his power in the 7 year gap, a pretty big loss.

Gohan (CG): 100
Teen Gohan: 67

FPSSjin Goku was a bit weaker than Cell, and Cell than powered up against Gohan.

Cell (at Gohan): 109
Gohan (CG): 100
Cell (at Goku): 92
FPSSjin Goku: 88

That should work for Gohan and Goku and Cell. Cell was always one step ahead of his opponent, except for SSjin 2 Gohan of course. FPSSjin Goku against Cell was likely using his full power, so 50% Goku at Korin's would just be half of this. And it would also be stronger than Trunks' USSjin form (pre CG), because Trunks was amazed at Goku's power.

Cell (at Gohan): 109
Gohan (CG): 100
Cell (at Goku): 92
FPSSjin Goku: 88
50% FPSSjin Goku (at Korin's): 44
SSjinG2 Trunks (pre CG): 35

I just use SSjinG2 as 5x SSjin 2. It depends on your multiplier though.

SSjin Trunks (pre CG): 7

Unless you think Trunks went from 7 to 67 after training in HTC a second time, Gohan stomps Trunks into oblivion so hard that Trunks just has no hope for anything.

SSJ Gohan was between Goku and Cell 1st power up,because,even when Cell saw Gohan's power,he said:"I see.Your father wasn't entirely bluffing.

 thats because Cell had the speed power up as well as the main world shaking power up, cell did when gohan snapped into an ssj2.

Like king piccolo in DB, he powered ALL the way up. Something not even the z fighters do to often.

BTW? cell was even with 100% goku, whom gohan thought he was playing around. Goku was at maximum and said so. Yet gohan thought both him AND cell were joking.

Gohan is an estimated 85% overall of cells true power.

Gokus is about 45-52% of cells true power, with his blast multiplied by his own peak power multiplier.

of which filler USSj goku was estimated to be about 90% of cells estimated true power as well.

 He doesn't seem to understand the simple logic deduction I explained in my post.

Gohan was stronger than the power that Goku could barely keep up with, therefore Gohan > Cell (@Goku) > Goku. It's not that hard to see how Gohan made Goku look like a ***** at the Cell Games.

 1) Gohan wouldn't be that weak even from not training, as he would have to fall down so far that Piccolo would be on par with him

2) His skills were better before ROSAT than Future Trunks as a fighter, so he would have to be the rustiest fighter in history to be worse strategically and technically to lose to him. Hell Gohan was a better fighter than Goten and kid Trunks yet their skill blows Future Trunks out the water as he only had a Hulk Smash mentality

Teen Gohan (Pre-Budokai Training) vs. Future Trunks (Cell Games).

Restriction: ASSjin, USSjin and SSjin 2 transformations.
Place: Cell Games arena.
Mindset: In Character.
So, basically, I assume that this fight is unrestricted to SSJ as well as MSSJ/FPSSJ.

Teen Gohan takes this. Hi did lose his powers, but definetly not to such level.
