He should still be on par with Goku's Cell Games power, considering he fought evenly with Dabura. Trunks (CG): 0.65 Teen Gohan: 1.05 Something like that for me.

I used to think that x2 might be good, but I said no. I have Gohan losing 30 - 35% of his powers. Is that okay? A factor of 1.7 in Z is a very heavy stomp. Think Vegeta (24 000) vs Dodoria (22 000). Vegeta was 1.1 times stronger than Dodoria, and that fight was a clear win for Vegeta. Vegeta (24 000) vs Cui (18 000) has Vegeta at 1.33 times stronger, and he was stomping Cui with ease. Once someone is more than, say, 1.2 times stronger than their opponent, they are pretty much guaranteed a win. By the time you reach 1.7, the weaker opponent wouldn't be able to even scratch them.

He was at beast a marginal gap ahead of 50% MSSjin Goku, and quite a ways from 100% MSSjin Goku, who was an ant compared to MSSjin Kid Gohan. Gohan lost power, yes, but he'd have had to lose around half of it to get down to Trunks' level.

Gohan probably didn't lose that much power, definitely not enough to put him below 50% Son Goku. That would have to be a huge loss in power. Gohan takes this without trouble. He probably dropped to Son Goku's 100% MSSjin power , which would drop Trunks on his butt with super ease.

Adult Gohan not training for nearly a decade, forgetting his battle senses, and suffering from a drop in skill level proved nearly fatal in his fight against Dabura. Granted Dabura was not that great of a fighter according to Vegeta and Goku. Gohan fighting against Trunks who still has all his powers and skills intact and is close to Cell Games Goku in power, would give him the victory over Gohan. Movie 10 Gohan would put up a greater fight against Trunks i think

Gohan's power AND skills deteriorated over the 7 year period

He was a bit weaker than Vegeta - equal to him at best - and Vegeta crapped his pants at Goku's full power. He fits best at around 6.5-7 to Goku's 10, considering he should be a fair amount ahead of half of Goku's power.
