Considering the fact that Blue was weaker than Goku (21st Budokai) but was going to win the fight due to his telekinesis, who wins here?

Or just something i made up. I'll check up on it. Edit: Black simply questions if Goku had beaten Tao and nothing else came of that. Then later on he seems to have accepted that Goku did beat Tao. He got shocked when Tao killed Blue with his tongue, if we take that Black > Blue than we can assume he got scared because of how easy Tao killed Blue, not simply because he killed him. Going by that logic we can assume he thought Goku would be tired from fighting a whole army and that he then had a chance. I think it's either that or Black's delusional.
