Who wins? Remember than MSSjin Goku EOZ is most likely a good deal above SPC at least.

 Base Goku is above that Cell just by being able to fight Uub or Buu in his base. Goten is stated to be too weak to beat Mr Buu in just his base, so Trunks is too as he has gotten soft in peace times and the gap between the two didn't come until GT space travels.

Pan was stated to be able to go far, and she wasn't protected in the matchups. She logically should be able to keep it close with Good Buu.

I have Vegeta and Goku ahead of the others that were at the tourney (not including Uub). I would say she can win as initial perfect cell was only something of mssj power level back in Buu arc.
