If Piccolo stomps, change to Semi Perfect Cell instead of Vegeta.

I have this Piccolo stronger than Perfect Cell (At Vegeta), I don't see any reason to believe he's weaker than suppressed Cell.

Yeah I have Piccolo winning this fight indefinitely. This would be another epic battle and would seem close in the beginning but with Piccolo with the advantage. The final turn out Piccolo having the most stamina and winning.

Piccolo is taking this after a tough battle.

Although Cell Games Vegeta wouldn't one shot Piccolo imo, Vegeta made little progress the 2nd time around, he was still weaker than MSSjin Son Goku, around 60-70% of Son at best imo.
