Possibly so but I'm not sure. Do you think he would be close to Nappa at least? Or would Nappa kill him easily? He also has the kaioken as well and the spirit bomb so i think he could at least get Nappa if anything but if he said he couldnt then i guess we'd just have to go by what he said
