1. women have a higher tolerance for pain than men in general. this alone kind of skews the argument, since you have different people scoring different sources of pain.

No...they don't.

You should do some research on it. I'm fairly certain it's true.

I've had to debate this sort of thing before, although what I'm generally basing it on is life experience. I mean, don't get me wrong. I know some pretty tough girls.
But the majority scrape a knee and cry or at least get a lil sniffle/pout, while the majority of men scrape a knee and...ouch

1. women have a higher tolerance for pain than men in general. this alone kind of skews the argument, since you have different people scoring different sources of pain.

2. there is a way to determine which hurts worse. hitting a woman in the genitals is nearly as painful as hitting a man in the genitals, although most people aren't aware of that. so, what oyu do is have a woman give birth, and score it, then after she's recovered from childbirth, give her a good solid kick, and score that. whichever score is higher, wins.

@fulgore. that's not true (about not getting kicked hard enough if you didn't go down). i've been in a fight before, where i got kicked several times. i didn't even feel it when it happened, because of the anger and adrenaline. now, a few minutes later was a different story entirely. let's just say that while you might not go down right away, eventually you will go down.
Point is, you will go down lol

Also, higher pain tolerance? I'm pretty sure this 'fact' comes from the fact that they go through child birth.

Which this in itself is a complete illusion. Womens bodies up to child birth begin to release high amounts of painkillers and endorphins to make it much more bearable. They're essentially hopped up on natural dope.

So, yeah. If we were hopped on on endorphins I'm pretty sure we'd be able to shoot out children if it was physical possible too

This topic is ridiculous and it should not even be debated to be honest. Guys rarely get kicked in the balls. If they do get hit in the balls, the pain will go away eventually. However, try having a period every month. Yeah, there are pain medications for it, but if you do not take them the cramps are painful. Most of the medicines that you take for periods are bad for the stomach too so I wouldn't recommend taking them. Do you know what cramps feel like? I knew some women that had to stay in bed for a couple of days because they periods were so bad that not even medicine could stop it.

I don't even want to know what child birth feels like right now. Hopefully, I'll experience it, but for now I will stay away from it. Yes, there are medicines for it, but when there wasn't, a lot of women DIED in child birth. I don't think a man has ever died from getting hit in the balls. They may complain, but they walk around just fine after putting some ice. Whether it was complications from the birth of the amount of pain it took, there were a lot of women who died in the past because of child birth.

Fulgore...if the "natural" pain killers were so effective than why did a lot of women die during child birth? It does not make sense to me.

Yeah some women do cry when they feel pain, however, crying does not necessarily make someone weak.

There's ways around ever having periods..

Birth Control.. also, not every woman has cramps or mood swings etc

Uhh? Loss of Blood? Called Shock? Drop in blood pressures cause Neruogenic Shock

Painkillers do not miraculously heal you like Senzu beans, you still bleed like crazy when you're cranking ***** out of you. *****, back in the day women would have poor living conditions and be weak as is from malnutrition etc.

Fulgore, a period is a natural part of being a woman. It cleanses the body. If women don't have periods because they take birth control, it can be bad for their system. Even on birth control pills, they should still have four to five periods. Also, birth control is not only used for allowing women not to have periods. It is also used for helping induce periods. So again...a guy that has no female perspective.

You get light bleeding? Lack of perspective? I've lived with 2 of my girlfriends for well over 10 years of my adult life. I'm pretty well versed in this ***** talking to their gynecologists.

Wanna talk about lack of perspective? How about you saying that there's no lingering effects from getting kicked square in the nuts.

Ever have a bruised testicle?

Also, yes. PLENTY of men have died from getting kicked in the nuts.

India considers any kick to the nuts that results in death MURDER.

Remember Neurogenic Shock? A kick to the nuts causes this

Again? How many times do men get kicked in the balls in their lifetime? It is not something that usually happens unless they are asking for it. Child birth is how the human species stays alive. I don't see how one pain can compare to another.

How many times do men get kicked in the nuts? Statistically?

A hell of a LOT more times than a woman gives birth.

Childbirth is only HALF of how the human species stays alive.

TESTICLES ARE THE OTHER HALF

Yes getting kicked in the balls hurts, but I cant even imagine the kind of pain when giving birth to a child. Think about it...pushing a human being out of you.

The argument is this

The pain you feel BRIEFLY from getting hit in the jewels is MORE painful than the pain you experience in child birth

This is not saying "oh its a cake walk giving birth"

This is essentially saying the intensity is much greater

Not sure how one would really objectively test this... you can ask people to score the pain, but that doesn't sound very accurate to me.

I've never been kicked in the balls before, but I've still managed to hit them pretty hard in the odd accident- wasn't pleasant.

Nah they don't. Once upon a time it was thought they did.

As for the matter on what is more painful. I don't think anyone can ever know unless you can try both. All I know is I have been through quite a lot from being kicked down there. I was kicked down there so many times that I developed Varicocele veins. One of the most uncomfortable things ever.

I'm not saying being kicked in the balls is nit painful. However I see men on Jack ***** do it for fun and laughs. Maybe they didn't get the memo.

As for more pain tolerance, I think women do have more. I know that men at a going age are taught that crying is a sign of weakness in society, but it isn't. Men have such a pressure and burden to carry that they have to be strong and successful that I will admit. However, as far as pain tolerance, I think woken handle lifemuch better. Just go look at the suicide rates. Men are known as the suicidal gender. Go look right now at the American suicidal rate. It was at 79 percent compare to women's. 21 percent. You tell me why that is.

I wouldn't look at those sources that said blog in them lol. The second even said that men were probably holding out of saying they had pain. I don't see how that is accurate.
