Vegeta. He's a fair bit below Kid Gohan IMO, but I have Kid Gohan a good deal above Cell Games Goku, who Pikkon was more or less equal to.

Goku (CG): 0.7
Pikkon: 0.7
Vegeta (PM): 0.90
Kid Gohan: 1.05

Something like that for me.

I'll give my points on this. No offence, no troll to any pal.

1st. I believe that Vegeta durin the 7 years gap has attained FPSSJ. So, pre-Majin Vegeta is a FPSSJ. The reason for this. Definition: MSSJ or the way I call it, FPSSJ is the perfection of SSJ. It maintains/controls the rage, which is the access to SSJ, thus, gives birth to strategical fightin style, energy bein the precursor of power is conserved, and in a sense, power, stamina as well as speed balance.

At many instances, specifically durin the Buu Saga, Vegeta has been shown to be calm as a SSJ, even when remained transformed for extended period of time. Thats a special trait of FPSSJ. If he had been an ASSJ or even USSJ, its appearance itself would reveal the form. So, pre-Majin Vegeta is simply a FPSSJ.

Now, Pikkon simply dashed out & KO Cell in the afterlife. This may be due to the off-guard, but still, to beatdown a foe whom even Trained SSJ's, say ASSJ Vegeta, USSJ Trunks or even FPSSJ Goku was unable to cause any permanent damage, its a remakable feat.

However, FPSSJ won against Pikkon. Fact.

And even then, the fight was won not by brute strength, but rather by using brawn.

Vegeta has always been shown to be a genius, tactical fighter except in some circumstances, say, he discarded USSJ after realizin its weakness etc. Given that, plus FPSSJ, a form which pretty much controls the rage (one of the greatest downfall of Vegeta), as well as power boost, I'd say Vegeta pretty much takes this...No offence, no troll...

That scene where he just takes out Cell makes no sense. Cause he lost to Goku... And Goku lost to Cell.
Is that scene filler?

Anyway, I have Vegeta taking out Pikkon no problem here.

Yeah, that was a whole saga of stupid filler.

Vegeta should take this if you don't believe Pikkon > SPC, which makes no sense whatsoever. He was confidently ahead of Goku's Cell Games power, but was still behind (or equal to, at best) Kid Gohan's power, which that in itself shows how big the gap was between Goku and Gohan at the Cell Games. On top of that, you have Gohan's feats over Goku's in their respective fights with Cell himself showing a rather large gap between the two. Pikkon was equal to a Goku that Gohan thought was child's play, with Vegeta only a bit behind that Gohan.

How would the battle go if Pikkon was greater than SPC?

Then Vegeta would get squashed. But that's not the case, so yeah.
