If it's pre time chamber then I think base Trunks would win. He was holding his own quite well with only the use of his arms and limited vision, I think without that he'd definitely be able to get the upperhand.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	IMO: Base Chibi Trunks (pre Budokai) < Base Chibi Trunks (pre ROSAT) ~ C18 (@ Budokai) <<< Base Chibi Trunks (post rosat) I have Base Chibi Trunks pre ROSAT and C18 roughly equal to each other. Since Androids never really run out of energy, I'd say that 18 takes this, but gets horribly stomped if Trunks goes SSjin.

And the only reason Trunks put up a fight is because #18 was only trying to win a match in a tournament with RULES. One of those being don't kill your opponent. With Videl kicking a dude's head around and was to bedisqualified before Spoopavitch put himself together again. #18 doesn't know the masked fighter's identity and can't sense ki, but she does know compared to her their are only a handful of people who could really fight her and survive. She's trying not break any of the fragile humans. The manga fight had #18 dominating the boys and they never hit her once.. Even the ki blast she fired was weak. When Goku and Piccolo fought back in the 23rd Budokai they destroyed the ring with their 300 level power level attacks. 18's barely left a dent. She was in tournament fighting mindset. The anime displays a more even fight between the 3 of them. But at the same time you could see Trunks and Goten fighting as hard as they could to keep up with #18. #18 still holding back but taking I recall a blow to the face and one to the gut.

She knew right from the beginning lock-up that Mighty Mask was no ordinary human, and her suspicion grew and grew throughout the match until the boys went Super Saiyan. She wasn't dominating up until then either. Trunks wasn't getting any hits in, but he wasn't getting kicked around either.

Posts: 478 Group: Member Member #5,351 Joined: October 23, 2010	Oh Kamikaze, that's why I separated the anime portrayal and the manga portrayals. Anime it was an even fight. Manga was #18 on the attack and Trunks and Goten on the defense the whole time till they went SSJ.
