I have him beating Buff Bojack with low to medium low difficulty Pikkon: 16 Bojacks Gang Members: 6-10 Bojack: 11 -Buff: 13 Gohan: 6 -SSjin: 10 -SSjin 2: 20 Edit: IMO, Cell wasn't Super Perfect in Hell. IMO, Frieza was pretty much still in his 100% Organic Form when given cyber attachments, and when he died, he didn't resort back to his 100% form, probably his 30% Form or something like that. They were giving MSSjin Gohan a very hard time and it took his SSjin2 to stomp them all. I don't think Son Goku could take Buff Bojack with his minions, so I don't have Pikkon doing it either. He would probably take out the entire gang, but Bojack will get him. Pikkon as the speed advantage, but Bojack will have the power advantage, mixed with distractions that would enable him to get a good hit on Pikkon.

For me, the same goes for Cell. Cell did not lose the zenkai he had received when he died.Against Pikkon,he was not in full power and they didn't trully fight each other. Pikkon is about the same as SSJ2 Gohan.Goku used his SSJ kaioken(which could only be used by a dead body),thus doubling his power,to keep up with him.
