Anyway, I don't see Piccolo winning here, it's not specifically stated, but he should be lower than Gohan's burst at Nappa (2,800). I don't have him reaching 2,000 personally though.

Vegeta post Zarbon is at 30,000 if not slightly more at absolute maximum. Therefore, Vegeta takes. Also, it's important to note that no one knows the Oozaru form better than Vegeta. If there was a power gap in Piccolo's favor, I'm confident Vegeta'd be able to cut off his tail
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.
