Teen Gohan would probably still win, he was smarter at the time with his tactics and techniques.

The Zetto sword dramatically increased Gohan's power in a matter of days, I think if he transformed to his SSjin2 form he would be able to take his M10 self after a real close battle.

His ssj2 was almost on footing with fat buu which puts him close to ssj3 goku. ssj3 goku stomps m10 gohan who is only equal to the actual vegeta and goku in the ssj2 form, as he was weaker than goku in movie 8. But caught up ot their strength level due to continuous training. M10 gohan= ssj2 goku=majin vegeta IMO.
