Base Vegetto was already superior to Buuhan, and SSJ Vegetto, at 50x stronger, stomps him entirely. Adding another 4 ultimate Gohans will not be enough to increase his PL enough to compete.

It is likely that he is weaker due to transforming right away, he didn't feel safe attempting to take him on in Base. Or he wanted to embarrass him completely, which he would need SSjin to do so. I have Base Vegetto between Chou Gohan and Gotenks-Boo, maybe even weaker. First off, Piccolo is irrelevant power-wise. Gohan-Boo with 5 Chou Gohan's still wouldn't be cutting it. Vegetto wins, but would not be a complete stomp imo.

Posts: 380 Group: Member Member #7,450 Joined: March 16, 2012	I think he simply transformed because he had the ability to do so- it was easy enough to do, and there just wouldn't be any advantage gained in not doing it. Even if base Vegetto was strong enough to win, he'd still want to go SSJ to ensure that Buuhan wasn't able to challenge him. Why confine yourself to 2x stronger than someone if you can easily bring it up to 100? Incidentally, if Base Vegetto was indeed on the same order of magnitude as Ultimate Gohan and Buutenks, SSJ Vegetto still stomps in this fight. If Base Vegetto ~ Ultimate Gohan, then SSJ Vegetto ~50x Ultimate Gohan. Even if he was only half as strong as Ultimate Gohan, as SSJ he is still 25x stronger. I'd say he's no less than 2x stronger than Buuhan with 5 Gohans, easily enough to stomp.
