Berserk as an anime is very good, but I would NEVER call it the best. In comparison to the manga, it doesn't compare. The anime is short, censored, and the age of the animation shows. But the dub is wonderfully done, and Susumu Hirasawa's score for it, it legendary. FORCES IS MAH JAM! But dude, the anime is flawed, and in no way deserves to be called the greatest anime ever. The MANGA, on the other hand, deserves to be called the greatest manga ever. Over 21 years and still going!

I read the manga already xD Im at volume 16 xD but theres every anime...Hell any movie thats the based from a book or manga misses somethings.
